12249 Firefly Rd, Lafayette, WI 54656

Rustic hunting cabin on 52+/- acres between Sparta and Fort Mccoy. This very unique and hard to find property has about 1/2 mile of La Crosse River Frontage and over 1/4 mile of Bailey Creek frontage. Many great building sites. Property is enrolled in Mfl closed to help keep the taxes low. A well-established trail system throughout is perfect for accessing stands, ATVing, or simply just enjoying nature. The diverse habitat is great for deer, turkey, bear and many small game animals. Properties like this don't hit the market often so don't miss your opportunity.
