I love the Location! The Main pool area is amazing! Water Yoga too. Lots of windows. Within a mile to Bel Tower Shops. The landscaping is beautiful, with lots of mature trees. This neighborhood used to be a 3 Par Golf Course all landscaping and trees were preserved. HOA has a surplus in their reserve. Very friendly neighborhood with lots of volunteers helping to keep the neighborhood beautiful & a fun place to live.
