What a wonderful, mature house in a well established neghborhood where all the houses are larger and well taken care of. This house features two Master Bedrooms with huge walkin closets, all rooms are ample and bright, wood floors t/out and custom wood shutters. Wood burning fireplace in family room, wall to wall built in shelves and cabinets. Kitchen also has wall to wall natural wood cabinets, side by side oversided refrigerator stays in 'as is' condition, working but not new. The outside of house was painted in 2002, roof brand new Sept. 06. Diving pool is a 24,000 gal with solar HTG installed in 2004. Truly a great place!
