This pie-shaped slip measures approximately 54’ x 16’ and offers less than one mile to the Gulf via Wiggins Pass, with no bridges along the Cocohatchee River. Sailboats are welcome. This newly completed dock includes a brand-new floating concrete dock, five new pilings with cleats, pilings set approximately 16’6” above the median water mark, new dock box, new water lines, and new electric service. BOAT LIFTS ARE PERMITTED! Island Marina offers a secured, pet-friendly setting with security cameras being installed, WiFi throughout the marina, a clubhouse with restrooms, kayak storage, and parking conveniently located adjacent to the dock. Short-stay liveaboard use is permitted, subject to the marina’s Rules and Regulations. Fuel delivery is available by truck, and the Cocohatchee River Public Marina is nearby for bait, ice, and fuel.
