This is a great home. Previous owner was in the middle of renovating and never finished. Not much to do to make this a great house with Diving pool in a great Moon valley area in a court with a back yard overlooking the Mountains and very Private. Tile through out with a Fireplace in the family room. New kitchen cabinets, and a huge lot. A little work and this is a great buy. Buyer buying AS-Is.
