This is a great home, it just needs some cleaning up. The lot is huge and has some very nice mountain views. There is a separate workshop with a two car garage door. There is some tile flooring inside the home. Large enclosed patios plus a covered patio too. Seller is unable to do cleanup and buyer may have to remove items left by seller.
