13593 Brynwood Ln., Fort Myers, FL 33912

Don't let the photos fool you because this is a unique opportunity to become a resident of the prestigious community Brynwood, a gated estate home community located in the heart of South Fort Myers. This home has 4 bedroom, 2.5 baths, over 4,300 s.f., a large eat-in kitchen, formal dining area, fireplace, and is positioned for maximum privacy on a wooded 2.2 acre homesite. This home had been occupied by the original owners for the last forty years, but is now in the hands of the estate which is in the process of removing a lifetime of collectables.
Yes, the photos show clutter, but if you look closer you will see the opportunity as well. If you make an appointment to visit this home you will see that it has great "bones" and after updating and cosmetic surgery, it can compete with a brand new home with far less invested. A beautiful pearl is found inside a crusty shell. Don't let the outside appearance of this home keep you from something you would be proud to own.
