We purchased the house in March 1995, and after having another child, we needed more space. In 1998 we built an addition, consisting of a 2 car heated garage, and two bedrooms, and a bathroom. The house is located in walking distance from Smith Elementary School, and 15 minutes of driving from both Jewel Middle School, and West Aurora High School. Our children had the privilege of safely playing in the fenced back yard. The house is next to the Golden Oaks, and it provides a maintenance free fence.
