This home is on a saltwater (basin) cove with a covered boat dock/lift with working water and electricity; a swimming pool (graduating 3-6ft deep) and screened in Florida Room. Boating through the canals is about a 30 minute ride from the house to the Intracoastal waterway. It has an awesome water view and the dolphin and manatees love the cove and often are seen playing there. The sunsets are spectacular and you can watch the "sparking diamonds" on the water as the tide goes in and out.
