WOW! One of the few affordable, FURNISHED, open water homes with sunsets on 1 acre! This won't last for long....Just imagine yourself unwinding on your deck taking in all of the beauty of Trachel Lake in Ozello. This is NOT a mobile home. This is a Jacobson modular home with 2"x 6" studs, upgraded deck, upgraded appliances, crown moulding, upgraded windows, upgraded beams, crane board siding, upgraded roof and everything is new in 2007! 54'x9' deck & screen porch! There's built in storage below home and the property is grandfathered in for a shed. There was a dock and boat ramp on property so the new owner can put those in again! Ready for new owners to love!
