1545 Ostergaard Ave, Racine, WI 53406

First time on the market for this south side ranch built over 60 years ago! Seller says you will find hardwood floors under every carpet and even below the newer LVP in the kitchen & dinette. The huge family room is the focal point of this home, featuring a beautiful stone fireplace, a wood beam ceiling, and a picture window overlooking the large backyard. The primary bedroom has an attached powder room, with the basement offering another half bath. In the lower level you will also find storage, a laundry area and a rec room with wet bar and vintage pool table. A solid built home waiting for its new owner to build equity with a few cosmetic improvements.
