Long established 55+ community. 80 percent of owners must be at least 55 years of age, and a second person in home has to be at least 45 years of age. 20 percent of owners may be under 55 , but have to be at least 45 years of age. Very active community, with two pools. One is heated for winter use. Rec center has pool tables, kitchen, and exercise room. Silver Sneakers meet there three times per week. There are lots of social events through out each month.
