Almost complete spec home in Desert Breeze at Canyon Trails. Will need appliances, a/c, flooring, some fixtures and some minor repairs from sitting vacant. Price adjusted to allow for the work needing to be done, but Lender selling ''As-Is'' and will not complete any repairs. Nice floorplan features great room, separate breakfast room; lg kitchen w/ island and pantry; split bedrooms and lots of storage. North/South corner lot with block fence; 2-1 Split garage with side entry. Great opportunity for someone who has the ability to complete the missing items!
