Beautiful condo and great condition! Love this layout! Enter into a great room floor plan with the kitchen opening up to the family room. Bonus half wall separates the family room to give you an additional area (dining room/living room?) Very open and spacious feeling unlike most other 1 bedroom condos. There's a desk area in kitchen, plus tons of cabinets for storage! Full bathroom and master suite has private exit to balcony and large sized walk-in closet as well. Community pool, spa, clubhouse and walking paths in this complex as well as mountain views throughout.
