BANK OWNED AND THEY WANT IT GONE! I won't sugarcoat this one...IT NEEDS WORK! But a lot of square footage for the price. Needs almost everything (see pictures) but LOTS of potential. Large lot, swimming pool, large detached guest quarters. A LOT of TLC and this could be a great rental-investment property.
