Very well-maintained two-story 1893 Farmhouse, located one block from St Eds High School. This is an excellent house, with a good-sized yard, for a great price. Most of the house was renovated in 2012, with new solid hickory floors, walls, ceilings, structural additions, electricity, and plumbing.
