Beautiful Santa Barbara model in the Active Adult SunBird Golf Resort. The 2017 kitchen redesign eliminated the ''hole'' for the TV, added an extra storage cabinet in the kitchen, lowered the breakfast bar, and installed a Corian counter top with integrated sink. There is new ceramic tile in both bathrooms and easy to maintain luxury vinyl wood-look tile in the rest of the house. The range and side by side refrigerator were new in 2017. The extended and fenced patio is elevated above the walk path and a greater distance from back door neighbors than most areas in SunBird, creating more privacy. New dual pane windows and blinds were installed in 2018, as well as new landscaping. The HVAC was new in Sep 2019. Come enjoy golf, tennis, bocci ball, activities and everything SunBird has to offer
