Very cute 3 bedroom 1 bathroom home that just needs a little love. It isn't in too bad of shape but could use a fresh coat of paint. The family room has a wood burning fireplace and has a very open kitchen. It sits on a very large open lot so there is a lot of room for improvements. This would make a great home for a small family or is the perfect rental. Schedule your appointment to see it today, at this price it wont last.
