Wonderful block home in an area without an HOA. Neat and well cared, for this home just needs a little paint and carpet. It is currently being used a 2 bedroom as the owner has enlarged the Master Suite by removing the wall between the Master and Bedroom 2. Out back there is a large covered patio and a play area for the kids. Great home for a Great price! **Spa conveys but is NOT in working order**Evap. Cooler has never been used by current owner and it is unk if it is functional.
