This is a nice area but please be aware that this house requires a bit of TLC. There were/are slab leaks in the following areas: kitchen, den and both bathrooms. The garage had been loosely converted into 2 bedrooms (not permitted through the city and may be hazardous). Seller is unsure as to what it would cost to have restored back to garage or what fines may be incurred from the city. The following does not convey as it belongs to the tenant: all appliances, AC (entire system), counter tops and bathroom cabinets. The majority of the house has not been updated since 1960. All flooring will probably have to be replaced as well. Buyer to be responsible for their own due diligence and verifications.
