Sun City Grand has been an exceptional community to live in. Our home on Granite Court is in a cul de sac with limited traffic. Our neighbors are first class, always friendly and helpful. During our time here, we have installed maple flooring in the great room and hall, installed tile in the kitchen, bathrooms, foyer, master closet and utility room, granite countertops along with upgraded faucets in kitchen and bathrooms. Plantation shutters in primary living areas, decorator blinds in the bedrooms and expanded the back patio, created the courtyard in front, replaced the watering system, installed solar screens and installed a gutter system in front. We have also painted the inside and outside of the home. The homeowners association has done a remarkable job of maintaining the many facilities, keeping them up to date and in top condition. The facilities provide something for everyone. From the physical like tennis, golf and baseball, to the artistic like pottery and painting. The HOA provides exercise facilities and swimming pools. There are also many special interest clubs. For golfers there are four courses in Sun City Grand and many more nearby. We hope that you will enjoy this home as much as we have.
