When we decided to move to Sun City for all the amenities that it has to offer, we wanted a low maintenance home close to a recreation center and in peaceful surroundings with no neighbors close behind us. We fell in love with this Gemini Duplex style home right away. It is just a short walk to the Marinette rec center. Our home has an upgraded kitchen with newer cabinets and granite counter tops, electric range and a permanent kitchen island. All of the rooms are large and spacious. Both of the bathrooms were updated just before we bought this home. Both bedrooms have a large walk-in closet. There are updated dual pane vinyl windows throughout our home. There are tile floors through most of the home. We have a large dining room off of the entrance and kitchen. The spacious family room off the kitchen leads out onto a private walled off patio on the back end of the home. There is a nice sized formal living room with an enclosed Lanai on the back of the house as well. The private courtyard out front is great for sitting in the shade and relaxing. The large garage is spacious and has lots of storage with custom built in cabinets. Our HOA includes exterior maintenance of the unit, water, sewer, garbage, front yard maintenance and common area maintenance for a very reasonable fee. It is so nice to have a lifestyle where you can play, relax, and enjoy the recreation activities that this community has to offer all of the time.
