This is an extraordinary home with the best view on the whole country club. It was modified and updated by making it 2 master suites and with all neutral colored tile throughout except in the master bedroom /has neutral colored carpet. The kitchen has updated cabinets, granite counter top and lovey black appliances. The huge familyroom and dining room look over the course so your guests can see the fantastic view. The baths have replaced vanities lighting and cambria counter tops(looks like granite). The home has been energy enhanced with a shield in the attic and a wall seperating the garage with the rest of the home so no hot air gets into the attic from the garage. It also has an extra a/c unit in the master, so you don't have to cool the whole house to sleep comfort. tably on hot nights. The 2nd bedroom suite could be bedroom/office/exercise room--it is that huge. This home is on the 6th tee of the course, so you never get any balls in the yard. The home has all new double paned window and doors, and new pressure assist toilets. It's like having a new home in an older area.
