Stop pulling each others hair, fighting about who gets the best parking space at home. This house has two driveways, so you've got options most people don't ever have. If you're a frequent night pee-er, the short walk from bed to potty is priceless. Downstairs is a full basement that's full of possibility. It's partially finished, including miles of ceramic tile expertly installed by some long forgotten craftsman. There is plumbing down there to add another full bath if you've got more pee-ers in the family. Plus a forth bedroom. And not one of those fake, "sort of" basement bedrooms. This one has a legal escape window, lots of light, tile floor... who knows, this could be the new "master" bedroom. But wait, there's more.... back outside we've got a two car garage with a ton more parking. The only thing missing from this great house is you. But that can't happen unless you are smart, fast, and motivated. Which you are, of course. So see it and love it.
