Finally a home in the country thats in good condition and affordable! The large yard is full of shade trees with plenty of room for gardening or other outdoor activities. There is a large old fasioned barn near the rear of the property with a complete new metal roof installed in 2006. The home has a nice family room with a brick fireplace, complete with woodburning insert. Most windows are newer replacements and help to make this home energy efficient and comfortable. Range and refrigerator are negotiable.
