Beautiful move-in ready home with many updates! Sweet Wilmington model was expanded in the back with vaulted ceiling and open to the kitchen for a great open space. Some of the many updates include stucco exterior, both bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, and beautiful Pella Doors and side window casements. Most south facing windows have been replaced. Popcorn ceilings have been removed, and the entire house painted inside and out... these are not necessarily recent updates, but this owner only lived in the home a few months out of each year, and the updates are still fresh and beautiful. A/C was replaced 12/2016, Roof replaced 2015. You won't want to miss this one!
