We have really enjoyed living in this home in Sun City Grand. We preferred the Verbena model home because of the bedrooms being on one side of the house and the kitchen and family room on the other side of the home. There is a big room for formal living and dining which is between them making it a quiet bedroom if anyone is still in the family room. We really like the openness of the kitchen and family room. The fireplace comes in handy on a cool winter night. We also like the granite counter tops on the kitchen counters and the kitchen island. This home is spacious for entertaining guests inside and out on the oversized back patio. We had plantation shutters put into the home on most of the windows. Our formal dining and living room area is great for entertaining guests as well. Our master bedroom and guest bedroom are big enough for all of our needs and the roomy master bedroom closet gives us plenty of space. We can also use the den as both an office and a guest sleeping area. We have solar panels that have really cut down on our energy bills as well. We hope that you will love this home as much as we have.
