Freshly updated with New Paint and Carpet but still maintains a retro feel. Community Pool and Spa easy walk from the unit. HOA has painted the outside of all the units. Front patio and a large covered patio in the back. Don't miss the storage room. Kitchen is spacious and neat as a pin. Laundry room is inside and has storage. Perfect for first time home buyers, winter residents, investors, or owner occupants. This home is a great North Phoenix location; Fantastic! if you work near Honeywell, USAA, Cigna, or John C Lincoln Hospital.
