As I drove into the sweeping circle driveway I noticed the house sits very high and stately on the corner lot. There is a new metal roof that is said to have a 30 year warranty as well as Hurricane impact windows. The garage door also has a full screen door which I love and there is covered boat storage beside the garage. I opened up the screened front entry, came through the double doors and that is where my jaw fell to the floor! Absolutely beautiful! My eyes were immediately drawn to the wide open floor
plan, the soaring ceilings, with NO POPCORN, and continued to the paver pool area. I was told it is a heated, saltwater pool with fresh screening on the lanai overhead, and then I notice the sliders from the great room and the master suite are pocket allowing all the view to be the center piece. The kitchen is very nice with a breakfast bar and dinette area and the master has 2 walk in closets, the guest side has it’s own surprises. There is no carpet in this house making it a breeze to care for. I cannot imagine what anyone would do to improve on what is here.
