Just fell out of escrow and we lowered it 13K on 3/24. Wow, check out the price on this condo. This is a great little complex with a sparkling pool and spa. This home has vaulted ceilings and really feels MUCH bigger than it's square footage. This is perfect for a small family or two adults. There is a bathroom accesible from each bedroom. Come take a look and make an offer. This home must be taken as-is, but needs little to no work to move in.
