One or more photo(s) has been virtually staged. BACK ON THE MARKET! DON'T WAIT--MAKE AN OFFER NOW! Own a piece of history in the sought after heart of Colonialtown South in downtown Orlando! NO HOA! LOW TAXES! There is so much potential for you to make this mid-century bungalow your very own masterpiece! Minutes from the hustle and bustle of downtown Orlando, you'll welcome the peaceful and tranquil feel of this hidden gem. This home was built in 1956 by Donald Slover and you can still see his cornerstone on the right side of the home. Original fixtures include: solid wood kitchen cabinets, overhead light fixtures, tub, bathroom tile and TERRAZZO FLOORS! Bedrooms have terrazzo with no covering. Take a peek under the linoleum in the kitchen, bathroom and living room and you'll discover a gorgeous terrazzo stone floor that is ready to polished and brought back to its original splendor. With flecks of browns, grays and blues it will compliment any decor. When you enter the cheerfully painted front door, you'll be in the living room with the kitchen straight ahead. Both bedrooms are on the right and they each have spacious closets. The bathroom has the original tub and pale blue and pink tile. Off the kitchen is a large flex space-perfect for a home office or a bonus room, complete with a wood burning fireplace. Escape to the private and secluded yard and turn this large backyard into the entertaining area you've always imagined! Transform the shed into an art studio, gardening station or workshop! Laundry and storage are off the carport and the AC unit was replaced in 2015. Freshly painted interior and exterior. Minutes from the YMCA and charming Thornton Park and Lake Eola. This is a blank canvas just waiting to be made yours!
