Fantastic home with two bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 car (screened) garage, separate 20 x 24 workshop. Now that I have your attention...this home has a very nice sized living room with corner wood burning fireplace and French doors that lead to your screen room overlooking your landscaped backyard, built in bbq grill and your workshop. The kitchen has a breakfast nook that was converted to an office (but could easily be converted back) with a great pantry and good functionality. The home has a great flow for living and entertaining. Be sure to put this one on your list to go see. Room sizes are approximate. Owner says roof has 30 year shingles with around 20 years left on them and air conditioning system is 6 years old. Bathrooms have new tile floors, vanities, sink, countertops, and plumbing. All bathroom tile has been regrouted. Both bathrooms have frosted windows.
