Multi offer notice has been sent out. We are at highest and best. This small gated community is a great location for a nice 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. It is located in the south end of the complex so not close to the roads. The back yard is big enough for a small pool. Alittle paint, flooring and small amount of work will make this a nice home. I will post when there are multi offers. Don't call to ask and how much the offers are. All offers must be complete in order to be submitted. I will not chase you for documents.
