Lender owned and sold 'As Is' but doesn't appear to need much. Very cute little 1950's brick home that had been remodeled. Very nice kitchen with maple cabinets, black appliances and tiled counter tops. Ceramic flooring in the kitchen and bathroom as well as the laundry room. Bathroom had been remodeled as well and has a newer AC unit. Large backyard with lots of room to play! Buyer must disclose if they have a real estate license.
