Tremendous potential in this corner property. Large yard inc. separately fenced side yard, for dogs or play area. Partially fenced pool. Four nice bedrooms and two baths. Good north/south exposure. Carport was partially enclosed. Could be reopened to have two cars instead of just one w/lots of storage space. Already has a large storage room or bonus room off laundry. NOTE: Pool being cleaned and started up, all new interior paint and floor covering, Feb. 2003.
