Old South East Historic Home in Japanese Architecture as the last know existing home of this style built in St. Petersburg in the early 1920th. Owned by the sellers family since 1943 without drastic changes made to it, they left and used it in the original style. It was inherited by a great grand nice from Germany in 1991, who had spend lots of time in that house with her aunt and is still using it as a vacation home with the family.
