22603 N Wagon Wheel Dr., Sun City West, AZ 85375

A Safford floor plan done right! The kitchen/family room area was expanded an additional 12'x22'8'' and the utility room has an added 6'x6'! The kitchen peninsula has been made into an island, the hall bathroom tub/shower has been converted to a step-in shower, tile and pocket doors in all the right places, Corian counter & some plantation shutters! This very well maintained home is in a great Sun City West location, with different views from the front courtyard of the Bradshaw mountains to the north and the golf course across the street and views of the White Tanks and sunsets from the back patio. Remember to notice that the roof was replaced 10/2016, HVAC system 4/2020, kitchen appliances 6/2017, the watering system 11/2020 and even the garbage disposal was recently replaced in 2020.
