WOW! This one is a beauty in Sundance. Bank owned 5 bedroom 3 full bath and loft on a large lot with a 3 car garage and RV gate. One full bedroom and bath located downstairs. 2 extra large living areas and kitchen with vaulted ceiling. Master bedroom has french doors and is HUGE! Kitchen has upgraded counters, oven range and dishwasher. Directly across street is a large grassy area with a childrens playground. Home has a few holes that need to be patched, the carpet deep cleaned & a few light fixtures replaced. Otherwise home is very nice. Buyer to verify schools.
