Wonderful Del Rio traditional sale (not a short or reo) property with pool. This property is located in Peoria but has a Sun City mailing address, it is NOT an adult only community but a wonderful family community. Great room floor plan, with large, ceramic tile through out the home. Hall bath has been updated. The back yard faces a common area, with a wash so no backyard neighbors as you enjoy the pool. Lots of cupboards and counter space, with an eating area in the kitchen.
