Lender owned. Wow!! Great home in prime Tempe location at an awesome price! This would make a great investment opportunity or starter home. Just bring some paint, and you have a winner. Bright and open kitchen with lots of counterspace and cabinets. Big backyard with shed. Loads of potential.
