This is an amazing home with tremendous Mount Dora charm – and only two owners from the same family in its lifetime. This home has been lovingly cared for and is move- in ready. The A/C is 3 years old and the roof was replaced in 2012 with 25 year architectural shingles. For insurance purposes, a uniform mitigation report was completed 12/5/12.
