NOT a short sale...corporate owned...much better!! Nice family oriented community with lots of owner pride and mountain views! Close to biking and hiking paths, shopping and schools. Tons of potential just needs a little cosmetic TLC, paint, carpet and some cleaning. No disclosures, as seller has never lived in home. Buyer to verify all info they deem important. Property is selling as is, no repairs will be made by sellers. Won't qualify FHA or VA....needs some small repairs.
