3 days ago, I compared the 18 lowest priced homes in Deep Creek to this home. Only 3 come anywhere close; 2 are priced $4,000 and $10,000 higher. The 3rd, a bank sale, price slightly lower, shows signs of deferred upkeep. But if waiting months for a banks answer is OK, you may want to consider it too. The rest? Rough shape,on busy streets or construction quality so low in the long run it will hurt you.Of them all, this is the best. Personally I recommend they set a price thousands of dollars higher but they want it sold. Imagine! For your money, this home is the best, you get quality construction, a free flowing floorplan, updated throughout and an awesome laundry room.
