I have a short sale bank approval for $319K. Less than $95.00 per/square ft Buyer of realtor flaked. It was a cash offer approval. Just need to submit new contract with proof of funds. Preliminary title report has been completed. Second mortgage is the only other lien. This was a former model home that I sold originally to the current seller.
