This is a former schoolhouse with a partially finished basement. 2 of the bedrooms are in the basement. It's heated with a boiler and cooled with central air. The garage is insulated and has a dividing wall between the 2 overhead doors and the entry door. Property include an additional insulated shed, chicken house and large garden area. Below is a list of items that I had planned to tackle before listing. That did not happen so the price has been adjusted to account for them.
