The kitchen cabinets are original to the house but have been updated with off white paint. There is plenty of extra storage in the under-eave cubbyholes accessed in the upstairs bedrooms. New wood floors (made in the USA) were installed in 2020 in the first floor. Roof was new in 2003 but the last roof lasted over 30 years due to the pitch so there should be plenty of life left in the roof. The red cedar siding would need to be re-stained and the front deck needs to be redone. The Andersen double pane windows are original to the house. In the detached two car garage, there's a replacement overhead door for the new homeowner to install. There is a temporary ramp out the back door for a disabled relative. It will be removed upon sale of the house.
