Here is a great getaway from snow and cold of north winter, The add on is as large as the original mobile home making this feel like home. 2 baths, 2 beds, remodeled throughout to feel modern and tight. Aircondition, Furnace all newer. You own this nice size lot, no HOA to contend with. You have a well and septic. Back yard is great for parking your boat, rv, trailers etc. Room to build a Man shed, or She shed. Overall quite a find to get away.
