Beautiful Craftsman Bungalow in the Roosevelt Historic District. This vintage treasure was moved to this location in 2008, and completely renovated under the watchful eye of the City's Historic Preservation office. The roof, plumbing (supply & drain), electrical, HVAC, kitchen and bathrooms were all redone, and a master suite added to the upstairs. Windows in the 3rd bedroom were replaced. There are original hardwood floors in most of the house. The house was positioned on the large lot in such a way that there is plenty of room for a detached garage, pool and guest house. Wires feeding the main electrical panel were run underground, so no unsightly overhead lines. There is a gas line run to the fireplace, but it would need to be connected to fuel a gas log.
