Talk about opportunity!! This home needs a good amount of work - mostly cosmetic- but at this price it is a tremendous value!! The lot itself is 1.3 acres, the home is a whopping 5 bedrooms, and 3 baths. If you are handy, or know someone who is, this may be just the deal you've been looking for.
