The best opportunity to own a BEAUTIFUL home with a gorgeous pool and plent of room left for the kids to play. This house has been beautifully decorated with childrens rooms professionaly painted by mural artists. Minor painting needed in living room. Separate large family room provides ample space for family activities. Huge living room/dining room area is great for entertaining. Great floor plan, huge beautiful lot with a great pebble-tek pool. Due to foreclosure the home has not had attention to the pool or landscape, but everything was working great. House is situated in a quite culdesac and the Elem school is right around the corner within easy walking distance.
